QUALITY EDUCATION | RECOGNISING ACHIEVEMENT
The last event we held was the RTAA Roadshow which had over 1700 attend nationwide. Feedback from our attendees was for Tenancy.co.nz to host an annual event to focus on the complex legal and compliance topics of property management.
Well, we listened!
After a year of planning we are excited to announce the Tenancy Masterclass Conference 2022! The purpose of this event is to bring you training and education, balanced with one heck of a party.
This event is jam-packed with expert speakers who have been hand-picked to address topics directly related to property management.
These Masterclass Sessions will cover a range of key topics including:

In this Masterclass, Samantha will be talking about how she has overcome her greatest challenges while remaining composed. Learn her tricks for keeping up a consistent performance, all while on live television.
MASTERCLASS | RTA AMENDMENTS
In our RTAA Roadshow our goal was to give attendees an understanding of how this new legislation would work, and how it should be implemented within the industry.
A year on, Scotney has now fielded hundreds of calls related to the Amendments and has developed this Masterclass training to address how it is now playing out in the market.
This training is essential for any business owner, property manager, BDM, letting agent or administrator.
