Amendments to the RTA Training

The Residential Tenancies Act 1986 has now been amended to the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2020. Some of these changes are already in affect. Understanding the way the new act works is crucial to any property management business. 

This is an in-depth analysis of the changes to the Act. We will give examples of how this will affect property managers with a focus on the opportunities it presents.

COURSE OVERVIEW

In this course Scotney Williams L.L.B. will review the changes to the Residential Tenancies Act, explaining all of the significant sections in plain English, and providing examples of how it would likely play out in real life. He will cover the new and changed documentation and resources you will need to remain compliant.
