Master Class Awards Terms & Conditions

  • The Master Class Awards test submissions will close on Thursday, 31 July 2025 at 11:59:59pm.
  • The Top 20 participants from each region will be awarded their respective places at the Tenancy Master Class Conference 2025 Gala Awards Evening, held at their region’s conference:
    • Upper North (Auckland TMC): Northland, Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato
    • Lower North (Wellington TMC): Taranaki, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Manawatū, Wellington
    • South Island (Christchurch TMC): All South Island

Leaderboard Eligibility & Award Conditions

  • Only your first submission counts towards your score. Second attempts will not be displayed on the Leaderboard and will not count as an official test score submission.
  • The company under which you sit the test must be an active Master Class subscriber at the time of submission.
  • If you are knocked off the Leaderboard by another participant with a higher score and/or faster completion time before the close-off date, you will not receive an award for that module.
  • Submissions are only valid for the company under which the Master Class test has been sat.
  • If a participant leaves their company prior to the Awards being presented, their submission will no longer be eligible and will be removed from the Leaderboard.
  • If a participant moves to another company and wishes to appear on the Leaderboard under their new company, the following conditions apply:
    • The new company must be an active Master Class subscriber at the time of submission.
    • The participant must re-sit the applicable test under their new company and meet the qualifying criteria in order to be eligible for placement on the Leaderboard.
    • Previous submissions from a prior company will not carry over and will not be considered valid under the new company.

Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year

The Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year will be awarded to the individual property manager who achieves the highest combined performance across all available Leaderboards in their region.

Performance is calculated based on the participant’s average score percentage and average completion time across all applicable Master Class modules in their region.

The award will be presented to the participant with the overall best combined result at their respective Tenancy Master Class Conference 2025 Gala Awards Evening.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Submissions are only valid for the company under which the Master Class tests have been sat.
  • The company must be an active Master Class subscriber at the time of submission and at the time of the Awards being presented.
  • If a participant leaves their company prior to the Awards being presented, their submissions will no longer be eligible and will be removed from consideration.
  • If a participant moves to another company, the following conditions apply:
  • The new company must be an active Master Class subscriber.
  • The participant must re-sit the applicable tests under their new company and meet the qualifying criteria in order for any new submissions to be considered.
  • Previous submissions from a prior company will not carry over and will not be considered valid under the new company.
  • To be eligible, the participant must be currently employed by the qualifying Master Class subscriber at the time of the Awards being presented.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at the organiser’s discretion.
