There are two new regional leaders on the Master Class Leaderboards.
As property management professionals from across the country strive to complete all modules with top marks, the National and Regional Leaderboards are rapidly taking shape. Yet the final outcome remains wide open.
The South Island Leaderboard has a new frontrunner, with Justine Heyward from Whittle Knight Real Estate claiming the top spot. Justine delivered an impressive performance, scoring 169/180 across the nine available modules, just edging ahead of Alysha Kinnaird from Ray White New Era in Christchurch, who is close behind with a score of 166/180.
Across the Cook Strait, Chelsea Mooyman from Bayleys Whanganui has made a strong entrance, taking the lead on the Lower North Island Regional Leaderboard. Chelsea has matched that 166-point mark, securing her place at the top of the region’s rankings.
At the top of both the National Leaderboard and the Upper North Island Regional rankings, Nancy Chen from CHNZ Property Limited in Auckland continues to lead the way. With a stellar performance, she has completed all nine modules with distinction and achieved an outstanding score of 175/180.
All Master Class winners will be recognised at three TMC Conferences over across New Zealand, taking place in Wellington on August 13, in Christchurch on August 25 and in Auckland on September 2.
The Master Class Leaderboards will close on July 31. See the terms and conditions here.

The reigning titleholder is Jenna Austin from Innovative Property Management, who won in 2023. Jenna told tenancy.co.nz that winning the overall Master Class was extremely beneficial for her education and business.
“I would highly recommend that other property managers complete the Master Class modules and tests. Completing the modules not only enhances professional development but also boosts team collaboration and engagement.
Additionally, the recognition from excelling in these modules can be a powerful marketing tool and a great way to attract new business.”

Who will follow in Jenna’s footsteps?
There are nine 2024/25 Master Class modules currently available in the TPS Portal. All count toward this year’s national award.
