The reigning titleholder is Jenna Austin from Innovative Property Management, who won in 2023. Jenna told tenancy.co.nz that winning the overall Master Class was extremely beneficial for her education and business.

“I would highly recommend that other property managers complete the Master Class modules and tests. Completing the modules not only enhances professional development but also boosts team collaboration and engagement.
Additionally, the recognition from excelling in these modules can be a powerful marketing tool and a great way to attract new business.”
