A slow leak from a fridge water line might not sound like a major tenancy dispute.
Especially when the tenants didn’t even cause the leak.
But when Kirandeep and Guneet failed to report the problem, the damage continued to grow.
By the time it was discovered, carpets were saturated, water had pooled and mould was growing inside the wall.

But what happens when the real damage comes from failing to report the problem?
This case is an important reminder that staying silent can come with a much bigger price tag.
