Chasing pack climb Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards

Two property managers, from opposite ends of New Zealand, have made big moves on the Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards in the past week.

Yanling He, from Climber Property in Hamilton is now on 9 Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards and has emerged as the new leader on the RTA Amendments Part 2 Leaderboard, overtaking long-time leader Sashja Dyer from Waikato Real Estate.

She is now level with Lawson Sun of Climber Property on 9 Master Class Leaderboards, but Lawson has a slightly better overall average of 97% compared to Yanling’s 94%.

Therefore, Lawson, who is number one on six Top 20 Leaderboards, is still leading the race to be crowned Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year at the TMC Conference on October 5.

But Nikita Coubrough from LJ Hooker in Oamaru could yet catch him.

Nikita is now on 7/7 Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards and has a very impressive average of 97%.

Nikita now needs to land on the three remaining Master Class Leaderboards and if she succeeds, she will overtake Lawson in the overall race.

Stay tuned because this race is heating up!

The Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year award is open to all employees who work for a property management company across New Zealand.

The rules are simple! The more Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards you land on, the better your chances are of winning this award.

There are now 10 Master Class Modules live in the TPS Portal and those in the Top 10 🔥 Hot Zone 🔥 for each module on August 31st will also be recognised at the Gala Ball on October 5.
