Climber Property shake up Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards

Grace Hu and Lawson Sun of Climber Property in Auckland have jumped up to number one on two separate Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards this week.

Grace has finally overtaken Caroline Elmore from Xclusive Property Management on the Healthy Homes Top 20 Leaderboard with a perfect score and Lawson now leads the Privacy Top 20 Leaderboard with a score of 100% in quick time.

Grace and Lawson both now feature on two Top 20 Leaderboards.

But Ray White Warkworth property manager Charlotte Kiddie is still well on top in the overall race.

Last week, Charlotte was on three Top 20 Master Class Leaderboards, but now she is on six!

This has further consolidated Charlotte’s claim to be named the inaugural Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year at the TMC Conference.

Charlotte is currently leading three Top 20 leaderboards (RTA Amendments Part 1, RTA Amendments Part 3) and is in a further two Top 10 🔥 Hot Zones 🔥.

Melinda Malcolm, from Nice Place Property Management, is on two top 20 leaderboards and is also sticking out from the pack.

However, it is early days.

The Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year award is open to property managers, letting agents, administrators, business owners and business development managers across New Zealand.

The rules are simple! The more Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards you land on, the better your chances are of winning this award.

Those in the Top 10 🔥 Hot Zone 🔥 for each module on August 31st will also be recognised at the Gala Ball.

Can you knock the current leaders out of the Hot Zones and earn your award at the TMC Conference?

There are now nine Master Class modules live in the TPS Portal and there has been significant movement on their respective Top 20 leatherboards in the past week.

Michelle Dale of Glasshouse is leading the way with a perfect score of 100% on the Pools Leaderboard and Sydney Wang of KHMG is leading Tenant Liability with a score of 90%.
