And that’s a wrap for TMC 2025! Taking the Tenancy Master Class Conference on the road to Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch this year was nothing short of an adventure. It felt less like a series of conferences and more like a full-on roadie – one that tested our stamina, filled our hearts, and reminded us why these gatherings matter so much.
This wasn’t a small undertaking. Ten of our staff, twenty speakers, and twenty sponsor delegates – more than fifty of us in total – packed up and hit the road together. With over 500 kilograms of luggage trailing behind us at each stop, we quickly learned that running a travelling conference is equal parts logistics, teamwork, and laughter. Every city had its own challenges and its own charm, but one thing remained the same: the buzz of energy from the people who came along.
With more than 700 attendees across the three locations, TMC 2025 became the largest Conference Event we’ve ever hosted – not just in size, but in spirit. From the moment the first coffee was poured to the last conversation of the night, the atmosphere was electric. We caught up with long-time clients, met new faces, shared stories, and celebrated everything that makes our industry not just professional but deeply human.

One of the true highlights was recognising our award winners. To everyone who took home a trophy or a certificate, congratulations on your incredible achievements. And to those who placed in the top three or came runner-up, we salute you too. Awards aren’t just about the moment on stage – they represent countless hours of dedication and passion behind the scenes, and it was a privilege to acknowledge that effort in front of your peers.
We also want to take a moment to thank our incredible speakers. Their insight, energy, and generosity in sharing knowledge are what bring our conferences to life. From big-picture inspiration to practical takeaways, they kept every room engaged, sparked meaningful conversations, and left us all with ideas to take back into our day-to-day work. We’re so grateful for the time and effort they put into making TMC 2025 something truly special.
As the dust settles, what lingers is the reminder of why we do this. In a world racing forward with technology at every turn, there’s something powerful about pressing pause and coming together in person. Conferences like ours aren’t only about learning or industry updates – they’re about connection, about shooting the breeze, about letting your hair down and remembering that behind every tenancy agreement and property management system, there are people.
TMC 2025 was by far the biggest event we’ve ever staged, the most time and energy we’ve poured into a project, and, without doubt, the most fun we’ve had along the way.
