Percentage average splits five main contenders on Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards

A South Island property manager has continued her sensational form and is now just behind the overall leader in the race to see who will become the inaugural Property Management Agent of the Year at the TMC Conference on October 5.

Nikita Coubrough from LJ Hooker in Oamaru is now on nine Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards alongside four representatives from Climber Property.

As it stands, it is percentage average that splits the leading pack.

Grace Hu from Climber is the overall leader and averages 98.26%, Nikita is just behind on 97.62%, while Lawson Sun (96.52%), Sam Bai (95.55%), and Yanling He (93.91%) remain in the hunt.

The Master Class Property Management Agent of the Year award is open to all employees who work for a property management company across New Zealand.

The rules are simple! The more Master Class Top 20 Leaderboards you land on, the better your chances are of winning this award.

There are now 11 Master Class course live in the TPS Portal and those in the Top 10 🔥 Hot Zone 🔥 for each module on August 31st will also be recognised at the Gala Ball on October 5.
